Based in Berkshire Rosie was honoured to be the hair and make up artist for Elin Manahan Thomas the solo soprano who sang as Meghan Markle, The Duchess of Sussex walked into St. Georges Chapel in Windsor Castle to marry Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex.
